We'd see the same thing over and over — DIY kits rolled over unprepared concrete, big-box store paints flaking off in sheets, contractors skipping the diamond grind because it's the hardest part of the job. Memphis concrete takes a real beating from humidity, clay soil shifts, and hot summers, and cheap coatings can't survive it.

We built this company around doing the prep work right — diamond grinding every slab, testing for moisture, and repairing cracks before coating. Proper prep is the difference between a floor that lasts and one that fails.
