About This Website
Memphis Epoxy Floors operates this website as a marketing and estimate-request platform for epoxy flooring services in Memphis, Tennessee and surrounding communities. We do not perform epoxy flooring services directly. We route inquiries submitted through this site to an independent local contractor who delivers all services. Compliance with applicable law, including any required licensing and insurance, is the responsibility of the performing contractor. Any contract for services is between you and the performing contractor; Memphis Epoxy Floors is not a party to that contract.
The Project Agreement
Estimates, pricing, scheduling, cancellation, payment terms, workmanship, and project completion are governed by the project agreement signed directly between you and the performing contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for the performance of services.
Limitation of Liability
Memphis Epoxy Floors is not a party to any service contract between you and the performing contractor. Memphis Epoxy Floors is not liable for the performance, workmanship, quality, timing, pricing, or any other aspect of services performed by the contractor. Memphis Epoxy Floors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or from services performed by the contractor. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to $100.
