Estimates & Quotes
All estimates and quotes are non-binding until work is scheduled and confirmed in writing. Pricing may change based on site conditions discovered during preparation.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Service appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled job may incur a fee.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to work. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
